Mercure Hotel Istanbul Project – Turkey

Mercure Istanbul Airport Hotel is located on Istanbul with its easily accessible highway connections and serves with it’s 377 high luxury comfortable rooms(364 Standard Rooms, 9 LUxury Suites, 4 Handicapped Rooms). The hotel also has indoor pool, spa and relaxation areas, coiffure, restaurants and bars. The hotel has 3 underground floors contains carparks and technical service rooms. The hotel has been invested and constructed by Ersa Construction with in 42 Months. Ersa Construction owns and operates the hotel.

Pullman Istanbul Hotel And Convention Center Project – Turkey

Pullman Istanbul Airport Hotel & Convention Center is located at the heart of Istanbul and only 2 kms away from the airport. The hotel has been constructed in 30 Months by ERSA Construction as its own investment. It is easily accesible through good highway connections. The hotel has 403 rooms ( 371 Standard rooms, 31 Luxury Suites, 1 Presidential Suit) and a very big convention centre (50 Modular, attachable meeting rooms and ball rooms)that exceeds 16.000 m2 Area. It also has 3500m2 indoor pool, spa and fitness center, lounges, markets, 3 different restaurants, cafe, bars and relaxation areas. The hotel has been awarded as the biggest Pullman Hotel Investment of Europe for Accor Group. Ersa has not only invested and constructed the hotel but also owns and operating the hotel with highest Accor Standards.

Prime Istanbul Residence Project- Turkey

The project contains 434 Luxury FLAT and 24 LUXURY Penthouses. The total area of construction is 110.000m2. It has been constructed by Ersa as its own Commercial Real Estate Investment and sold out. The construction period is 47 months. The residence has 5 underground floors which has been constructed with high technology Geotechnical Engineering by Ersa Team. It has a modern and sustainable architectural design shows ERSA’s vision and culture.

Sirte Hotel Project – Libya

After the decision has been taking to carry African Summit Meetings to Sirte instead of Tripoli by Ghaddafi’s Government in 2009, very challenging period started for Ersa to finalize too many contracts in a very limited time. The hotel project has been constructed for the African Leader’s teams, hotel has been designed as Light Gauge System to be prefabricated in a shorter time. The production has been done in Istanbul and Installation has been completed only in 5 months as Turn Key. 3 floors, 750 beds, 5 star hotel has been constructed by using LGS and furnished by ERSA for System Construction in Sirte, Libya.

Vip Meeting Hall & 54 Villas Project – Libya

African Summit Meetings, Sirte 2009 has been accommodated by this luxury VIP Meeting hall that constructed by ERSA for System Construction only in 5 Months. Meeting Hall has been constructed as Steel Structure while the villas are LGS. Over 900 workers and technical team members have been worked at the same time to meet the Client expectation for the time challenge. Presidents joined the meetings have used the villas for accommodation and office purposes for the meeting period.

Vip Lounge Terminal Building & Air Control And Operation Tower For Sirte Airport – Libya

For 2009 Sirte African Summit Meetings small local airport of Sirte has been renewed by Ersa within 5 months to accommodate International flights. New terminal building with VIP Lounge has been constructed as Steel Construction, kalzip roofing with glazing facade coverings. Air control tower has been rehabilitated and recovered while new operational softwares and systems have been installed. Runway and apron floor concrete have been poured by using Massenza concrete pavers.

With its 3.30-meter heigh ceilings, Porto Batumi Tower is a good result of using high technology piling foundation and construction methodologies. It has a capacity of 320 rooms, which is located in a private bay in Marmaris – Çubucak. It has 850 mt long beach. Distance from airport is only 1 hour away. Our facilities are among the most popular facilities in the region. The project has been constructed by Ersa as its own Investment. Ersa is also operating the hotel.

Ahlat Karahasan Malazgirt Road Project – Turkey

Tender has been issued by KGM- Turkish Government Motorways & Highways Agency and Ersa has gotton Letter of Award to construct the road.The total length of the road is 54km including earthworks, retaining walls, cement stabilisation, stonebase, binder base, hot recycling – asphalt pavement, drainage works, culverts, river bed protection walls, gabion walls, bridges, median, walkways, intersections, round abouts and filling station – bus stop area. The project has been completed in 21 Months with protective barriers, road signing and traffic signalisation although Ersa had bad weather conditions during the construction period.
